  • Payment information: Billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Call data: Call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and addresses provided during calls.
  • Usage data: Credits usage, feature interactions, and service preferences.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide AI call handling and dispatch services.
  • Process billing, subscriptions, and credit top-ups.
  • Send SMS notifications to you and your team members.
  • Improve our AI voice assistant and service quality.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate JobVocal:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
  • Retell AI: AI voice call processing.
  • Telnyx: Phone number provisioning and telephony.
  • Payment processor: Subscription and payment handling.
  • Google Maps: Address geocoding and service zone detection.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

JobVocal does not use tracking cookies. We store an authentication token in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or analytics trackers are used.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and call records for as long as your account is active. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete your personal data and account.
  • Opt out of data sharing for non-essential purposes.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
