1. Service Description
JobVocal provides AI-powered call handling and dispatch services for home-service contractors. Our platform includes AI phone answering, customer qualification, zone detection, SMS notifications, appointment scheduling, and team management.
2. Account Terms
- You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use JobVocal.
- One business per account. Contact us for multi-business needs.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Billing & Credits
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits are included with your plan and reset each billing cycle.
- AI calls cost 5 credits per minute. SMS notifications cost 1 credit each.
- Fuel Packs (credit top-ups) are one-time purchases that do not expire.
- Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- Unused plan credits do not carry over or get refunded.
- Fuel Pack credits remain available even after cancellation.
- Your phone number(s) will be released 30 days after your subscription ends.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JobVocal for:
- Illegal activities or services.
- Spam, harassment, or unsolicited calls/messages.
- Misrepresenting your business identity or services.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform.
- Reselling JobVocal services without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers, scheduled maintenance (with advance notice), or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobVocal and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to JobVocal in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
