Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days: If you cancel within 7 days of subscribing or renewing, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on unused time.
- After 7 days: No monetary refund is issued, but you retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- Credits included with your subscription plan are not refundable separately.
2. Fuel Pack Refunds (Credit Top-Ups)
- Unused credits: If no credits from the Fuel Pack have been consumed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used: Once any credits from a Fuel Pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@jobvocal.com with:
- Your account phone number or business name.
- The purchase you want refunded (subscription or Fuel Pack).
- A brief reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
5. Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy.
